Our data centre is located in Colchester (UK), where you will see our private data centre warehouse. We have plenty of dedicated parking spaces for our co-location customers (upon visit approval only). See estimated travel times for driving below:
Purple IO Network Information
We utilise the latest Cisco and Ubiquiti routers and switches at the edge of our network, with the entire network being dual IPv4 / IPv6 stacked...
We have multiple uplinks to our tier one transit providers which include: Virtual 1 (main 10Gb/s bearer), Talk Talk Business (failover 10Gb/s bearer), and Gigaclear (second failover 1Gb/s network).
As part of our disaster recovery plan, we also have our office failover networks using Fibre VDSL (failover to tier ones at 80Mb/s) and EE 5G (failover to our fibre at ~300Mb/s, in the event all physical lines become unavailable).
Physical Security
We know how critical data is to your business which is why we take security very seriously. Our site is protected by multi-layered physical security and all access into and out of the building is monitored by a visual human check and proximity access tags.
Additionally all areas of the datacentre both inside and out are monitored by video surveillance 24/7/365 and digitally recorded onsite with a cloud based stream / backup.
